The client uploads documents to OneDrive, and we enter them into the accounting program. Every month, we inform clients about the taxes they owe, indicate whether they have sent all the documents, and advise them on how they can save their company’s finances. If customers have any questions, we always answer them. In writing, by phone or in person.

We have accumulated more than 17 years of accounting experience in maintaining accounts for various companies.

We work both with physical documents and remotely. Clients can deliver documents in several ways: bring them to the office at a time convenient for them (drop them in the mailbox near the office), upload them remotely to the OneDrive application, or send them by classic mail.

We communicate with customers live, by phone, text, email, Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other methods. If we miss a call from a client, we make sure to call them back at the earliest opportunity.

We respond to questions received immediately or on the same day/within a few days. It depends on the complexity of the question.

Our company adheres to a strict confidentiality policy, therefore it strictly protects the business and financial information provided by its clients.

We inform clients about changes in the law on accounting and issues closely related to accounting.

We work with the accounting software Stekas and Alga4, which are easy to understand. Upon request, we can provide any necessary reports.

We can communicate with clients in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.

Our company’s employees constantly improve their skills by participating in seminars, attending training courses, and taking an interest in accounting innovations.

We are always available – if someone gets sick or goes on vacation, another employee is always replaced.
